We believe in the quality of the products we sell so if your not happy with the product we have provided please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will always try to resolve any given situation. We guarantee our products, that is a guarantee from us to you that we will repair or replace an item that is found to be faulty. It is your right to return the item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will only be given if the item is returned in the same condition it was sent out in.
However Items made bespoke do not fall under this policy as we will have been in contact with you throughout the process and clarified each and every detail therefore it will have been tailored to you, so a refund is not possible on these specific orders. If however when your item arrives you are not 100% happy, please contact us within 14 days of you receiving the item and will endeavour to rectify the situation.
Repaired or altered items left by a customer must be collected within 3 months of the date agreed upon/ notified of completion. We will make every effort to contact you after this time to collect said items however if they still remain uncollected after a significant period of time we cannot guarantee your item as we reserve the right to sell or dispose of any item to recover costs made to us for it’s repair or alteration. If a repair or alteration is paid for in advance these items will be kept safe in our safes for up to a maximum of 3 years.
